Dinesh R is the Chief Human Resources Officer at OYO, India’s largest network of branded hotels, which is present in more than 180 cities across India with 70,000 rooms.

Before starting his journey with OYO, Dinesh was leading Compensation & Benefits in the APAC region for The Coca-Cola Company. He is a seasoned HR professional with more than 10 years of experience and enjoys a strong grip on personnel management, executive compensation, industrial relations and reward strategy. As a part of his prior tenures, Dinesh has worked with ITC, Hewitt Associates and Bharti Airtel.

At OYO, Dinesh is responsible for driving learning, performance management and instilling positive work culture. He is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences with a degree in PM & IR.
