Doug Inamine is CHRO at Tipalti, Prior to this, Doug joined Kabam in December 2013 and has led the expansion of Kabam’s global workforce while building an HR infrastructure to scale with the future requirements of the business. Prior to Kabam, he was senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Xyratex, a NASDAQ-traded leader in the data storage industry with $1.2 billion in annual revenue and 2,000 employees worldwide. Doug brings over 20 years of senior HR leadership and global experience leading teams at large multinational public companies including Cisco, Seagate, and Solectron (now Flextronics).

Doug received his B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
