Doug Kingsley became Managing Director of North Bridge Growth Equity following more than fifteen years at Advent International, most recently as Co-Head of US Investments.Doug co-founded North Bridge Growth Equity in 2007 with Mike Pehl and the Venture Partners founders, Ed Anderson and Rich D'Amore. He has served on more than twenty boards of private and public technology companies.Previously, he was Managing Director, Co-Head of US Investments, at Advent International, where he helped grow the business from $300 million to $10 billion under management. He also had operating roles at Teradyne, the world's largest manufacturer of automatic test equipment."Entrepreneurs often don't need our money," he says. A native New Englander, Doug has worked and studied in Venezuela, Spain and France. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA from Dartmouth College, and a BE from Dartmouth's Thayer School of Engineering.
