Elena graduated in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University in Milan, she further specialized in Marketing with a Master of Science degree at ESCP Europe between Paris and London. Afterwards she was appointed Marketing Manager for Uber, contributing to the launch of the company in Italy and participating in the business development in India. After this experience, she decided to move into fintech when she joined Circle, a crypto finance company based in Boston, starting as General Manager for Italy and DACH and then leading the go-to-market activities for retail products across Europe. Elena decided to bring her international experience in fast growing scale-ups at Revolut, where she is currently leading Southern Europe and its growth.
