Elias has a decade long experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, Business Consulting, Risk Management, Business Development, Strategy, Venture Capital and Private Equity businesses. Prior to moving to Israel in 2016, Elias was the Head of Business Development and Strategy at BNP Paribas India. Elias joined OurCrowd in June 2016 and is primarily responsible for implementing the strategy for OurCrowd's global expansion through institutional partnerships. He has worked for top MNCs such as BNP Paribas, ABN Amro and Arthur Andersen across global locations and was responsible for managing and leading teams across multi-cultural environments.He was continually identified as top performing talent at both BNP Paribas and ABN Amro. He holds an MBA degree with dual specialization in finance and marketing and a Bachelors degree in economics, statistics and business law from University of Mumbai.
