• Shape the thought leadership for promoting HANA platform features and build the technical engagement and enablement contents, drive platform revolution with close collaborations with technical founders from the startups
• Enable 1500+ big data startups in utilizing in memory data processing engine and support on system architecture design, memory usage and performance optimization, hot/warm/cold data persistence and processing, data analytics and data visualization, system migration and integration
• Evaluate technology infrastructure strategy include AWS EC2, Microsoft Azure and design and implement distributed data storage and processing system include Hadoop, YARN, MapReduce and Spark (SQL, Streaming, Machine Learning, Graph)
• Evaluate different NoSQL databases from key value pairs (Cassandra), document storage (MongoDB) and Graph database (Neo4j) with hands-on exercise and comprehensive
research on features, performance, cost, deployment and integration options
• Lead technical engagement in strategic partnership and customers, support various customer
co-innovation projects
• Build technical enablement content and best practice sample applications, I had created an end-to-end big-data solution based on Crunchbase data and twitter data help investors and entrepreneurs analysis funding trends, acquisition preferences, competition landscapes and C-level executive networks
• Organize startup forums and conduct prototyping workshops
