Mr. Ridenour joined UQM Technologies, Inc. on September 1, 2010 as President and COO. He became President and CEO on December 1, 2010.

Before joining UQM, Mr. Ridenour was the Chief Operating Officer at Chrysler and a member of the Board of Management of DaimlerChrysler. In this role he was responsible for all of Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Product Strategy at Chrysler. As a member of the Board of Management of DaimlerChrysler he was involved in the strategic discussions and decisions affecting all aspects of DaimlerChrysler business globally. Other prior roles at Chrysler include: Executive Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Premium Vehicle Team, and Vice President of Product Planning.
