Erika has years of experience in organizational leadership, marketing, social media accounts and customer relations. Her specialty is creating a comfortable relationship with a diverse audience in a creative and relatable manner. By understanding their background and keeping an open mind through listening to their ideas, he learned how to build support through different people. Her position as a Customer Experience Coordinator for the Udacity Self Driving Car Engineer Nanodegree Program has taught her to support a wide range of students looking to expand their knowledge and interest with innovative technologies. She performs tasks such as providing resolutions to challenges and issues to students face in their classroom on a daily basis and surfacing student stories for their marketing content. Her position requires cross collaboration with multiple teams such as engineering to marketing. She is a former member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority where she was a liaison for our philanthropy, Amaxing Challenge benefiting Autism Speaks. In addition to helping raise money for Autism Speaks, she was also a registration volunteer for the Bay Area Autism Speaks walk.
