Erika Long is a Human Resources Leader for Procter & Gamble’s Lean Innovation movement (GrowthWorks). Erika joined P&G in 2010 after receiving her MBA from Vanderbilt University. In her role she is helping the company learn the talent, organization, and cultural systems that are driving this new disruptive innovation approach. Erika specializes in applying lean innovation to HR work, running real experiments to learn against the most critical opportunity areas. Before this role, Erika worked as a strategic HR Business Partner for the Sales and R&D organizations. She lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband and three daughters.
