In his role as CEO, Farid Naib is responsible for the strategic direction and overall evolution of all DDC services. Possessing an extensive understanding of the challenges facing today’s business executive, Mr. Naib recognized the need and developed DDC to make contract negotiations smoother, more organized, and secure.

A true entrepreneur, Mr. Naib established his first start-up venture at the age of seventeen. In 1985, he co-founded his first software venture, FX Systems, to provide pricing systems for option traders. In 1992, Farid founded FNX Limited. Under his leadership, FNX grew from five employees and one office to more than 160 employees across eight offices worldwide. FNX was acquired by GL TRADE in 2007.

Mr. Naib has received numerous awards for his entrepreneurial achievements. He has been voted the Delaware Valley Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and was twice recognized as an Enterprise Award Finalist for CEO’s Under 40. FNX itself has in recent years been elected the Growth Company of the Year by PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP/Eastern Technology Council and is a multi-year recipient of the Philadelphia 100 and the Fast 50 awards. FNX can be found repeatedly on the Inc. 500’s list of America’s fastest growing, privately held companies.

Farid holds a BBA from Emory University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on several boards; is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO); and is a visiting member of the Management Department at the Wharton School, where he teaches classes on Entrepreneurship.
