Graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 1984, Francisco completed his Executive MBA at PDG Exec – Sociedade de Desenvolvimento Empresarial.

Francisco joined Accenture in 1985 having worked 30 years for the company, during which the last 15 years as a Partner, providing consulting service for clients in the Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Agribusiness industries. He was also member of the Accenture Latin America Executive committee for several years. Additionally, Francisco was in charge of developing and operating the Accenture Technology Delivery Center network in Latin America, which comprises over 3,000 professionals providing Technology service for clients in Latin America, Europe and US. During his last years in Accenture, Francisco was the Managing Director responsible for all Technology services and projects for clients related to the Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Agribusiness, Travel and Transportation industries. He was also the Accenture Human Capital Head for Latin America, responsible for Human Capital Development, Engagement and Culture Strategy.

After retiring from Accenture in 2015, Francisco has been working as an Advisory Board Member and Technology Independent Consultant for several companies. He also dedicates part of his time supporting Start Ups and entrepreneurs as Angel Investor and mentor. Additionally, over the last years Francisco has been an active investor in Venture Capital and Private Equity funds in the United States and Israel.
