Frank Postiglione has +25 years experience in Municipal finance. Frank joined TD Securities in June of 2017 to build a Municipal GIC business in New York and raised +$750mm from a diverse group of Municipal clients, including Health Care, Education and Housing. Prior to joining TD, Frank established a $5.5 Billion Municipal GIC business at Royal Bank of Canada, creating a High Grade Credit Arbitrage Trading Platform. Prior to RBC, Frank was the Treasurer at Bayerische Landesbank, managing $40 Billion USD funding portfolio. Frank has developed several Structured Note Corporate Trading businesses that primarily focused on the Financial Credit sector at Oppenheimer, FTN and Canaccord. Frank started his career at Lehman Brothers on the GIC desk in Municipal Derivatives and holds Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
