I have led product launches and go-to-market strategies for various companies, including nCircle Network Security, Blue Lane Technologies, Cisco Systems, Check Point Software Technologies, Ixia, and Oracle. As a global VP at Oracle, I direct product marketing and go-to-market for 25+ cloud and on-premises products and services pertaining to cloud security, database security, identity and access management, analytics, and other categories while leading a 30-member team.

SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Restructured field communications and engagement processes, created a security working group, established marketing operations and reporting, and built team to support revenue and security attached to core business goals, Oracle.
• Built an eight-member team as well as created and implemented an event strategy and execution plan, a marketing automation system integrated into Salesforce, and a messaging and positioning process, growing revenue from $5M to $35M, HyTrust.
• Invigorated demand gen process, increasing marketing pipeline by 24%, HyTrust.
• Owned go-to-market for a $125M security and applications business, Ixia.
• Developed launch strategies for security portfolio, growing revenue by 12-20%, Cisco Systems.
• Led content development and execution for Effie award-winning “The Realm” interactive marketing campaign.
• Top rated presenter for Cisco exec briefing center, most requested security presenter in 2010.
• Led alpha and beta programs for customer validation of initial product release and development of requirements for subsequent product releases, growing revenue by $13M, Blue Lane Technologies.
