Fulvio Conti is a Member of the Board of Directors at Aon plc. Fulvio serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee and as a Member of the Executive Committee and Governance/Nominating Committee of Aon plc Board of Directors.

From 2005 to 2014, Fulvio served as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Enel SpA, Italy’s largest power company. From 1999 until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, Fulvio served as Chief Financial Officer of Enel SpA.

Fulvio has a financial career spanning over 40 years, and has held the role of Chief Financial Officer for various private and government owned entities in Italy and in other countries. Fulvio is a Director of the National Academy of Santa Cecilia.

In May 2009, Fulvio was appointed "Cavaliere del Lavoro" of the Italian Republic and in December of that year he became "Officier de la Légion d'Honneur" of the French Republic.

In October 2011, Fulvio was appointed as a Director of the Italian Institute of Technology. In March 2012, Fulvio was appointed as a Director of RCS Mediagroup and in April 2012 he was appointed Vice President of Confindustria.

Fulvio served as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at Barclays PLC/Barclays Bank PLC from April 2006 through April 2014.

Fulvio has a Degree in Economics from La Sapienza University, Rome.
