Mr. Colter is the President of CRS Inc., a corporate consulting company which he founded in 2002. He was with KPMG Canada, previously Peat Marwick, for 34 years where he held senior positions, including Vice Chairman of Financial Advisory Services, Managing Partner of KPMG Global Financial Advisory Services and Vice Chairman until 2002. Mr. Colter has been a director of Owens-Illinois Inc. since 2002 and is on the Governance and Compensation Committees.
