Gary Waterman is founder of Waterman Limited, a real estate investment and development company. He serves on the board of directors of Equity Lifestyle Properties, and is a member of the Runstad Center advisory board and the advisory committee on real estate for the University of Washington.

Gary began his real estate career as one of the four initial partners in a company that became LaSalle Partners Incorporated (now Jones, Lang, LaSalle). He opened LaSalle’s Chicago office in 1969 and specialized in the financing, acquisition and sale of institutional quality real estate. Gary later served as the managing director of the Property Finance Group and was on the executive committee, investment committee and board of directors. He opened LaSalle’s Seattle office in 1984 and founded Waterman Limited after he retired from LaSalle in 1989.Gary graduated from the University of Washington and earned a Masters Degree in Economics.
