Gerald E. Dorros is a Senior Vice President at CoVant.

Prior to joining CoVant, Mr. Dorros was with Anteon International Corporation as Vice President, Corporate Development where he was responsible for Anteon’s acquisition program. Mr. Dorros also worked for 12 years as an investment banker with various New York City-based firms, most recently as a Managing Director with Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.

He received a bachelor's degree from Union College and an master's of business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
