Grace Lei is the chief operations officer (COO) at Gogoro where she is responsible for the company’s operations including all legal affairs, intellectual property management and strategy, human resources and its global business development, partnerships and expansion. Grace came to Gogoro from HTC where she was the general counsel and board secretary, leading the company’s legal strategy and affairs and was a key leader in corporate strategy and business development. Prior to HTC, Grace practiced law at Tsai, Lee & Chen, Qi Lin International Law Office and Lee & Li Attorneys-at-Laws and at the prestigious law firm Winkler Partners. In recognition of her experience and expertise in telecommunications, smart transportation and internet of things, Grace represents the Taiwan Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure as a member of the board of directors for Chunghua Telecom. Lei obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from The University of Pennsylvania and National Taiwan University and is admitted in New York State and Taiwan.
