Heather Dunn is the Chief People Officer at Newfront Insurance and the CPOHQ Founding Member. As Chief People Officer at Newfront Insurance, Heather Dunn makes a best-in-class experience of everything that touches the life cycle of an employee at Newfront, from recruiting and compensation to benefits and training programs.

Heather joined Newfront from Dropbox, where she co-led the HR business partner team. Heather has an insurance background, having launched her career at a workers' compensation firm before working at Microsoft in recruiting, compensation, and HR business partner roles.

Heather holds a BS degree from Central Michigan University and a master's degree from Michigan State University.
