A member of Ericsson’s Executive Leadership Team, Helena Norrman heads Ericsson’s global communications division. She was promoted to the position in May 2011 after several years of working for Ericsson in a wide range of communications positions in various countries.

She began her career at Ericsson working with media relations in 1998 and has headed up communications within sales and marketing, global internal communications, and global marketing communications.

Under her leadership, Ericsson was given an award for Best Internal Communications by the Swedish Public Relations Association in 2006. And as Head of Internal and Marketing Communications, Norrman led the company’s efforts to develop and launch a new brand strategy and platform.

In the interest of continuously developing Ericsson’s practices and the profession of communications, Norrman is active in several industry networking associations.

Before joining Ericsson, she worked as a communications consultant.

Helena Norrman earned a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from Linköping University in Sweden in 1993.
