Hicham Allouani is an Innovation Project Coordinator- Blockchain within Pioneer Investments, currently based in Dublin.

He joined Pioneer Investments in September 2013 as part of the Future Leaders Program and has been focusing on Investments, Products and Technology sectors across our global offices.
Prior to joining Pioneer Investments, Hicham was a Physicochemistry Research Engineer with Essilor International. He also was involved in start-ups in the technology space.

Hicham holds a Master's Degree in Optical Engineering from Institut d'Optique ParisTech and has a Master's Degree in Management from the London Business School.
