Howie Liu is CEO of Airtable, the platform democratizing software creation that he co-founded in 2016. Prior to Airtable, Liu was a product leader at Salesforce after its acquisition of his first company, the intelligent CRM Etacts. Originally from Texas, he taught himself how to code C++ at the age of 13, after finding an unread training book in his dad’s office, and has been interested in software as a medium for creative expression and economic value creation ever since.
