Hugues Lalancette serves as the Head of Growth at iNovia Capital since 2018. He was a Senior Analyst at iNovia Capital till 2018. Prior to iNovia, Hugues Lalancette supported several tech startups in Chief Financial Officer and advisor roles, where he developed a passion for financial modeling, fundraising, deal structuring, lean analytics and growth accounting. Previously, he had the opportunity to work on numerous billion-dollar capital market transactions as an Analyst at BMO Investment & Corporate Banking Group. He serves as a Director of LenddoEFL, Bench Accounting Inc. and Two Hat Security Research Corp. He holds a certificate of BBA Exchange in Finance from Copenhagen Business School. He completed an MSc in Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics and a BBA with honours at HEC Montreal in Finance and Economics.
