Jaleh is an experienced marketing professional with 25+ years marketing experience, and a history of growing startups into vibrant brands.

From 2011 to 2015, Jaleh served as the Vice President of Marketing at oDesk followed by taken on the role of SVP of marketing at Upwork (formerly Elance-ndoDesk). Previously, she acted as Vice President of Marketing at companies including OpenTable, Jawbone, and Amazon.com. She also served on the board of directors at OpenTable and Homestead Technologies.

Jaleh writes and speaks frequently about the future of work and women in the workplace, and is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post.

Jaleh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Harvard-Radcliffe and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
