Jan Johannessen has more than 30 years of executive experience in the technology industry, primarily in the semiconductor, software, emerging technologies and renewable energy sectors.

Jan has served as CEO and CFO of publicly listed companies in both the United States and Europe. He has been directly involved with a number of IPOs, M&As, Joint Ventures and customer & supplier partnerships around the world, and has led a number of successful restructurings and turnarounds.
