Janis has been assisting senior executives of leading companies for over 20 years. Her duties include office management as well as its administrative functions.

Prior to Norwich Ventures, Janis was the Executive Assistant to the President of Morgan Corporation and its parent company J.B. Poindexter & Co., a privately held diversified manufacturing company. Before joining Morgan, Janis was the Executive Secretary to the President & CEO of VF Corporation, a Fortune 500 apparel company.

Janis earned a B.A. in Communications from Rowan University.
