Jason Hong is a professor at Carnegie Mellon University. Hong 's research focuses primarily on usable privacy and security and mobile computing. He is also the author of Design of Sites: Patterns for Creating Winning Websites (Prentice Hall, 2007). Hong is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned his PhD in computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.
