Jean Philibert is Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Philibert joined Analog Devices as the head of Human Resources in January 2016, bringing with her a strong track record of working effectively with technology and business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies for complex, global businesses.

Prior to joining Analog Devices, Ms. Philibert served as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Kixeye, a gaming company located in Silicon Valley. Prior to her tenure at Kixeye, Ms. Philibert spent 15 years in a variety of senior HR roles at EMC, including Vice President of HR for the Data Protection and Availability Division.

Ms. Philibert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Art History from the University of Iowa and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University.
