Jeff Smith is Vice President, Client Loyalty Solutions & Partnerships at CIBC. In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategy and management of the CIBC Aventura Rewards program as well as strategic partnerships that deliver growth and provide value to CIBC clients. Jeff joined CIBC in 2002 and has held leadership positions in Product Development, Acquisition & Engagement with Credit Cards as well as Consumer Deposits and Lending. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Western University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Ivey School of Business. Jeff sits on the TransUnion Canadian Advisory Board and was previously a member of the Board for Interac. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, running and generally causing trouble.
