Jenny Podewils is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Leapsome. Together with her Co-Founder Kajetan Armansperg, she supports companies in establishing agile feedback and learning cultures. Jenny is an alumna of the Universities St. Gallen and Oxford as well as Singularity University, and has previously worked in strategic and digital transformation roles in media and tech companies.
