Jessica Lee handles office management and business administration support at InnoVen Capital Singapore. She has over 20 years of experience in business administration and office management having started her career with a Telecommunication Consultancy, TEOCO where she spent four years building her knowledge in project management. She then moved to an independent public relations agency for three years to help set up and manage office administrative structures, employee welfare, HR procedures and bookkeeping before joining InnoVen Capital Singapore in 2016.

Entrepreneurial in nature, Jessica is resourceful and enjoys problem solving, seeking the best solutions for her team. Jessica is passionate about her work and aims to leave a place in a better state than it was when she first started. In her free time, she enjoys baking and sharing her bake treats with the office.
