As Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Jignesh Gandhi oversees operations & technology of group companies of Essel Finance. Mr. Jignesh has nearly 25 years of extensive experience in various areas of Capital Markets, Operations and technology implementations.

In his earlier assignments with NSDL Database Management Ltd. (NDML), he was responsible for implementing a new concept of Insurance Repository, which enables policy holders to hold all their insurance policies in a single e-Insurance account (similar to securities DEMAT account). Prior to NDML, he was associated with Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. where he was instrumental in setting up of the first e-voting platform which enables share-holders to vote on corporate resolutions.

He was involved in providing consultancy services to Nepal Stock exchange in setting up of a securities depository in Nepal. He has also worked with Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. as Head of Operations. He is passionate about using both human resource & technology to offer improved customer service and cutting edge products. He is a Commerce graduate from University of Mumbai and Master of Management from University of Mumbai, Welingkar Institute of Management, Development & Research, Mumbai.
