Jim Jay serves as Chairman, President and CEO of San Diego based Vinculum Communications, Inc., a technology company focused on VoIP services. Jim is a founding member of Chatham Venture Partners, LLC. He also serves as the President of the Company.

Previously Jim served as CEO of TechPoint and TechPoint Ventures, Inc. TechPoint is an Indiana-based organization charged with leading a focused and aggressive statewide effort to help transform and promote the state’s technology sector. As President and CEO of TechPoint Ventures, Inc., Jim has led the investment of over $20 Million in early stage capital in 14 Indiana based tech companies through HALO Capital Group which he started in 2009. A successful business leader and entrepreneur, Jim sold a technology company he co-founded prior to joining TechPoint.

Jim has also served in numerous executive level positions, including as president of Indianapolis-based Elim, Inc., a company that provided financial analysis, operations, marketing and strategic planning for companies in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Jim has also led the formation and daily operations of several successful startup companies in the technology sectors.
