Jim has nearly 20 years of professional experience in marketing and advertising, as an operating leader, client and new business champion, and industry advisor. Formerly President and COO of AKQA, Jim was responsible for all service delivery, client relationships, and new business development and resource management affairs of the Agency. In serving clients, selling business and enhancing all aspects of the Agency's operations, he played a critical role in the planning, decision making, and execution of AKQA's overall strategic plan.Before joining AKQA, Jim served as COO of Digitas, responsible for the Agency's complete investment planning, resourcing and operating activities. In addition, Jim managed the Agency's new business efforts, as well as senior client relationships at General Motors and American Express.Prior to Digitas, Jim held various management roles at Young & Rubicam -- and their global response-marketing network, Wunderman.Mr. Rossman earned a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he concentrated in Marketing and Strategy. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of private video monetization concern, Tremor Video, and is a standing member of the Digital Task Force for WNYC (New York Public Radio).
