Jodi Schatz joined Hexis Cyber Solutions in November 2015 as Vice President of Product Development. In her role, she is responsible for Hexis’ Research & Development, and leads all engineering activities for the company. Previously, Jodi was the vice president of client services at Gemalto overseeing global customer support and Cloud delivery of authentication product lines. Prior to Gemalto, Jodi was the vice president of engineering at SafeNet responsible for all international product development of the enterprise security and authentication products, including their High Assurance government division. She was instrumental to the organization’s growth and managed many successful product releases which helped the company remain a consistent leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for user authentication.

With more than 15 years of experience, Jodi brings a comprehensive knowledge related to both commercial and government industries. She believes the keys to a successful engineering organization are structure and communication. With her industry experience, Jodi has brought this focus to Hexis product development.

Jodi holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) as well as Women in Engineering (WIE).
