John is a C-suite executive who has built and run businesses in North America, Europe, SE Asia, Mainland China, Australia and Japan.

John began his career with IBM in Finance & Planning, with a thorough grounding in P&L and balance sheet management. Subsequently, John began a sales career with IBM's Banking Division, during which he became the most decorated sales leader in IBM UK. Following an assignment with IBM in New York, John was recruited by the Chairman and CEO of Equifax to run European operations for this Fortune 500 Financial Services company. In 2000, he became President and CEO of DACG, a NASDAQ-listed ERP consulting company.

John has built businesses for Warburg Pincus, Fidelity Ventures and Northbridge. He is currently building a global business for Ripple, the disruptive technology for cross-border payments, funded by major investors including Andreessen-Horowitz, Google Ventures, Santander and Standard Chartered Bank.

Based in New York, John is a dual citizen of the USA and United Kingdom.
