Johnathan oversees the Finance team, responsible for equipping management with data and analysis to drive action that aligns with the company’s overall growth strategy. He focuses on optimizing the company's return on capital while building controls and processes that scale effectively.

Prior to Justworks, Johnathan worked at a food recipe start-up called Gojee (later acquired by XO Group). He started his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division where he worked in both the Financial Sponsors Group and the Technology Group.

Johnathan is originally from Tennessee and holds a BA in English from Columbia University and an MBA from Oxford.
