Jon helped build the businesses of two iconic brands. As one of the first business hires at Economist.com, he spent four years growing it from a start-up to a significant part of The Economist Group's revenue. He left Economist.com as the Director of Sales & Operations in North America in late 2003 to join Google and lead the financial services national sales team -- that business grew exponentially over his tenure.Jon is currently in charge of the US national sales team across a number of verticals. In this role, he has responsibility for all of Google's advertising products, including Google search, display (GDN), programmatic (DoubleClick), video (YouTube) and mobile (search, display and video). He has responsibility for several hundred team members and billions of dollars of revenue.
