Jonathan Hall is Chief Economist and VP, Applied Science at Uber.

He lead the SF-based public policy and economics team at Uber. The team is responsible for original and secondary research, both quantitative and qualitative, in the many areas of interest to Uber's public policy team as well as developing arguments and collateral for our global public policy function and embedding with HQ functions like product and operations to advise on new products and business strategies.

He is a Harvard-trained PhD Economist with experience as a director, people manager and individual contributor in economics, data science, litigation support, and public policy in tech. I have strong skills in public speaking, writing, programming, and empirical and theoretical economics.
