Joseph MacDonald is the manager of IT services at Innovacorp, providing a broad range of IT products, services and support for incubation clients, while managing the day-to-day IT operations within all of the facilities.

Joseph has over 17 years of professional experience in the IT industry in a wide range of industries and positions, covering everything from small businesses to large corporations. He has a vast array of knowledge and experience covering everything from Apple to Windows, servers to desktops, routers to firewalls, tablets to smartphones, traditional PBX systems to VoIP, HTML to C++, helpdesk to project management.

Most notably, Joseph spent 10 years in the casino and hotel industry, seven of which were spent working in Las Vegas, Nevada. While there, he worked at Caesars Palace and the Desert Inn, and spent five years as part of the opening team for Wynn Las Vegas before finally heading back to Nova Scotia in 2006. After a brief stint as a senior consultant, he joined the Innovacorp team in 2007.
