Joséphine Kant is the Global Program Manager for Google for Startups, an acceleration program launched by Google that annually helps thousands of entrepreneurs get access to mentoring, technology, and connections. Prior to that, she advised senior leadership on Google’s location strategy and the talent workforce, designing location assessment rubrics to encourage unbiased and more equitable decision making. Joséphine is also an experienced facilitator that has led onboarding and team development workshops across the world, both for Google as well as for startups.

She is a certified coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest experiential coach training and leadership development organization in the world, and runs a private coaching practice for social impact entrepreneurs. She is also the co-founder of ImpactGym.org, a non-profit focused on developing founders from underrepresented communities by connecting them to capital and connections.

Joséphine is an active mentor in the MENA region, and volunteers as a Teaching Assistant with Manara, a social impact startup designed to help Arab talent land their dream tech jobs. She is also a seasoned mentor with the Palestinian Mentorship Program, and a coach with Gaza Sky Geeks, a tech accelerator focused on the Palestinian ecosystem.
