Joshua Moses is the Chief of Cybersecurity at Office of Management and Budget Cyber within the Executive Office of the President of the United States. Mr. Moses leads a team of subject matter experts responsible for overseeing Federal agencies’ cybersecurity and risk management programs. In this capacity, he engages with stakeholders across the government andindustry to inform Federal cybersecurity policies and enhance cybersecurity practices. Mr. Moses is also responsible for implementing a risk-basedbudgeting process that ensures returns on investment, in terms of tangible risk reduction, for the $15 billion Federal cyber budget.Prior to joining the Executive Office of the President, Mr. Moses served as a senior performance and risk management roles within the Federal Inspectors General community. Mr. Moses has worked for the Department of Justice,Department of Defense, Amtrak Inspector General, and Department of the Treasury. Mr. Moses holds a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s Degree inHistory and Psychology from Rutgers University.
