Juli Spottiswood is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Onbe and Syncapay. Prior to that, she co-founded parago in early 1999 as the company’s CFO. In 2007, she was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer and has since led the strategic expansion of the company’s incentive services.

Since stepping into her leadership role at parago, Juli has joined the ranks of Paybefore’s “Most Powerful Women in Prepaid,” and was named Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year, Southwest Region.”

Prior to parago, Juli was a Vice President at Excel Communications. During her tenure, she worked on the company’s IPO, the $1.2 billion acquisition of Telco Communications and the $7 billion mergers with Teleglobe, Inc. Juli began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP after graduating from the University of Texas.
