Julia Miller is Director, Creative Services, on the Branding and Acquisition team, where she manages the internal creative agency and supports brand strategy and customer marketing initiatives. An experienced integrated marketer and cross-functional team leader through agency account management roles, she’s helped companies such as American Express, Edward Jones, JP Morgan Chase, Allstate, and Guardian launch new products, attract and retain customers, and prepare people for a more secure financial future. Prior to joining E*TRADE, Julia worked at Digitas, Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners, Rosetta, and MRM.
