Kabir Mathur (Singapore) joined KKR in 2008 and is a Director in the Singapore office, where he focuses on KKR's investing and portfolio management activities across Southeast Asia. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Goodpack and MMI Holdings and has been involved in the investments in Goodpack, Cognita, Masan Consumer, MMI Holdings, Unisteel Technology, and Bharti Infratel. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Mathur worked for TPG Capital, focusing primarily on their investment and portfolio management activities in Southeast Asia. Before TPG Capital, Mr. Mathur was with Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney working in their Investment Banking Division in London and Singapore. Mr. Mathur received a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and is a Singapore national.
