Karthik is a Controller at IndoUS Venture Partners. He is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in financial and strategic planning, accounting, taxation and business strategy. Karthik provides strategic and operational leadership of finance and administration to support IUVP, where he maintains ownership of fund administration and portfolio governance initiatives, including financial management and reporting, investor reporting, treasury, and financial risk assessment and monitoring.

Prior to IUVP, Karthik held senior management positions at various multi-national corporations. At Flextronics, he spent four years as Senior Finance Manager, where he focused on providing accounting, audit, tax and treasury management services. Karthik was also an Investment Manager at Munith Investments Ltd, where he handled IPOs, managed working capital requirements and developed capital and revenue budgets.
