Keith Ferrazzi is a coach to Fortune 500 and Silicon Valley CEOs and an expert in building high-performance teams.

He is the Chairman (and previously CEO) of Ferrazzi Greenlight, a Los Angeles-based corporate consulting firm he founded to promote the development of "relational and collaborative sciences" - data-driven research into human interaction and group dynamics. The firm applies its methodology and gathers best practices through work with large or fast-growing companies as well as select non-profit organizations. They're known for guiding the executive team at US automaker General Motors following the company's 2008 government bailout.

Ferrazzi was CMO & Head of Sales at Starwood Hotels (Sheraton, Westin, The Luxury Collection, St. Regis, and W Hotels) and, at age 29, CMO of Deloitte Consulting. He is the author of New York Times #1 bestseller "Never Eat Alone" and "Who’s Got Your Back?".
