Kelly A. Kramer is Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Cisco.

Which includes Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions Finance, and Portfolio Management. In this role, Kramer partners with the business to ensure investments are aligned with the priorities of Cisco by maximizing long term shareholder value, ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives, and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency Cisco is known for.

Kramer joined Cisco in January of 2012 from over 20 years with General Electric. Most recently Kramer was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GE's Healthcare Systems business, a fast growing division in the medical equipment and services markets.

Prior to that, Kramer had other CFO roles including CFO of GE Healthcare Biosciences, a division in Life Sciences and Molecular Diagnostics. Kramer also held various leadership positions within GE's Corporate Headquarters, Transportation Systems and Aerospace divisions. Kramer has extensive FP&A, P&L leadership, and mergers and acquisition experience.

Kramer is originally from Rochester NY, and has lived and worked in numerous locations for GE across the US and Europe including Paris, London and the Greater New York area.

Kramer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Purdue University.
