Mr. Zadourian is the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel of Catterton Partners.

Prior to joining Catterton, Mr. Zadourian was the Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel of Ionic Capital Management LLC, an SEC registered investment adviser to hedge funds and a CFTC registered commodity pool operator.

Prior to joining Ionic, Mr. Zadourian was an associate in the corporate practice group of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and a director in the legal department of UBS. Mr. Zadourian started his career as an attorney in the investment funds, advisers and derivatives practice group of Sidley Austin LLP.

Mr. Zadourian earned a B.A. from Lafayette College and received his J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law.
