Kiran is a Partner with over 12 years of management consulting and private equity experience. His primary focus is in management consulting across the Asia Pacific region and his areas of expertise span Digital Transformation, Customer experience and Convergence.

During is career Kiran has lived and worked across 15 countries in North America, Asia and Australia and he has a deep understanding of CXO agenda issues in both developed and developing markets. Kiran has led large scale multi-year transformations in leading operators across the region and has significant experience in managing complex change management projects covering multiple functions. He has been involved in 3 mobile operator launches and has also advised boards on 2 post merger integration engagements. Kiran has deep expertise in developing the Corporate strategy for integrated telecom operators and has also been involved in end-to-end Customer Experience revamps for incumbent operators in the region.

Prior to joining Delta Partners, Kiran was a Sr. Principal at Bain & Co. where he was an integral part of the leadership team in Asia Pacific. He was instrumental in helping strengthen the TMD practice in Asia was a founding member of the Kuala Lumpur office.

Kiran holds a dual MBA from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and HEC School or Management, Paris where he was on the deans list and recipient of the prestigious EGIDE French Embassy scholarship. He also has a CFA charter and an undergraduate degree in business and statistics from HEC School of Management, Paris. He is fluent in English and Hindi and is conversational in Chinese Mandarin and French.
